Tiny dancers

I sat in on a recent rehearsal for the Joffrey Children’s Ballet in downtown Chicago. Unfortunately, I didn’t make any good photographs of the goings on because I was so fixated on photographing silhouettes of dancers in front of the large windows inside the studio. Ballet dancers, even youngsters like this group, are the most graceful athletes on earth.

  1. Oh wow!!! Great image! ❤ I can see why you had gotten caught up with silhouettes, it's an interesting composition…the architecture also adds a cool vertical and squared effect to compliment the movement you captured! ❤
